domain needs to be reconnected to Shopify and my email. Was transferred and now it is in limbo

I'm looking for help reconnecting my domain to Shopify and to my email. Currently, it is disconnected and it was previously transferred from another domain registrar. The issue I'm having is that both the website and my email are not working after the transfer. I need to have this taken care of as soon as possible.
