correct DNS records errors in Office 365 admin, and fix 365 admin portal no apps

I would like someone to help me correct DNS records from domain registrar that are showing errors in Microsoft Admin domains page, and also see why my 365 users are not seeing any apps on their online portal under their M365 basic package.
