Windows Server Expert Remote Support

I need an experienced Windows specialist to jump in remotely and keep my small network running smoothly. The environment spans Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019 and a handful of Windows 10 workstations. Typical assignments range from one-off fixes to short configuration sprints, so I’m looking for someone who can respond quickly, diagnose accurately and document any changes made.

Scope of work
Over the coming weeks I expect help with:
• Service configuration – DNS, Active Directory, and File & Print Services
• Issue troubleshooting – anything from failed roles or features to odd workstation errors
• Performance and security checks – tightening policies, reviewing event logs, tuning resources

You will connect via remote session (VPN + RDP or the tool of your choice), share a brief action plan before touching the servers, then follow up with a concise change log once the task is complete.
