Windows Network Troubleshooting Specialist
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Our Windows-only environment is experiencing intermittent connectivity failures that disrupt normal operations. I need an IT specialist whose primary focus is network management to dive straight into troubleshooting these Windows network issues, diagnose the root causes, and apply permanent fixes.
The job revolves around:
• Windows Server 2016/2019 and Windows 10/11 endpoints
• Typical services such as DNS, DHCP, routing, file shares, and Remote Desktop
• Network-analysis tools you’re comfortable with—Wireshark, PowerShell, Event Viewer, PerfMon, or similar
Deliverables
1. A concise diagnostic report detailing every problem uncovered
2. A clear, step-by-step log of the corrective actions you applied
3. Actionable recommendations to keep the network stable long term
Once we agree on a schedule, I’ll provide VPN access and remain available on Microsoft Teams for real-time testing and sign-off.
