WHM Server Email Issue in Oracle

I'm facing an email issue with my WHM server located in an Oracle Data Center. One of my domains is unable to send emails.
- Outlook can set up the email account and receive emails without any problems.
- The issue arises when trying to send emails, which consistently times out.
I've already checked the outbound port settings and they appear correct. In addition, I've verified DNS settings for the domain in WHM and they are also correct.
I need someone with:
- Experience with Oracle IP setup
- Proficiency in WHM for DNS configuration
- Expertise in troubleshooting Exim Server issues
