Ubuntu DNS and DHCP Setup

I'm looking for an experienced Linux system administrator to set up a DNS and DHCP server on Ubuntu for a lab environment. This setup is primarily for learning and homework. The work is done I just need real screen shots of VM. the homework is complete just need the screen shots to look real.
Requirements:
