Squarespace to WordPress Cleanup (Search & Images)

My site has already been migrated from Squarespace to WordPress. DNS points to WordPress and 301 redirects are confirmed working.

However, when searching the brand on Google, image results and thumbnails still show Squarespace-hosted images, and Bing appears to have stopped indexing the site, likely due to mixed or legacy signals.

I need a one-time technical cleanup to fully neutralize Squarespace and clarify authority for Google and Bing.

Scope

Fully disable or lock down Squarespace so it cannot be crawled

Ensure no Squarespace image URLs, pages, or sitemaps remain accessible

Verify WordPress is the sole canonical source

Review Google Search Console for legacy Squarespace URLs and image indexing

Fix Bing Webmaster Tools setup and resubmit sitemap

Confirm correct handling of old Squarespace image URLs
