Speed UP DNS Lookup

When i first visit my website every 5min (TTL value), my DNS Lookup is so much slow (more than 1 second), and that get my load slow for visitors..
I need you to fix that, adding some cache or something else.
I'm using Nginx + Cloudflare.
I can provide my files but i can't provide server credentials.
