SparkPost installation/Selzy checking/domain care

I am looking for a specialist to customize my domain and e-mail address into SparkPost, because you need to know many technical things to set up the account correctly. As well as I would be grateful for the recommendation of any other mail senders that are easy to use and where I can send up to 100k emails monthly. As well I would like the specialist to take care of my domain, which includes its clearness, not black-listed and all DNS and DMARC and these things to keep an eye on. Also Selzy doesn't send my emails, not to junk folder not to inbox, nowhere. Emails were created with namecheap.
