Sharp mx-2651n scan to email

Hi, I have one sharp MX-2651n, in which printing and scanning to the network folder are OK. But while setting up scanning to email, everything including SMTP execution is going fine. But when scanning to email, it's giving an error as "Communication with selected server is lost while sending image". I had tried enabling the SSL, changing the level of encryption from low to medium, but still not working.
