Setup SMTP server on Cpanel

I'm looking for someone who can configure my SMTP server on cPanel on my dedicated server. The domain used goes through Cloudflare.
The person will need to provide me with the DNS settings required for it to work and configure the SMTP server in cPanel to ensure everything functions properly.
The server will only be sending emails and won't be receiving any, so we don't need to create an MX DNS record.
I need someone who knows exactly what to do and who can complete the task in less than 24 hours.
