Set Up Google Work Email Alias

I'm seeking assistance to set up my work Google email in my personal Gmail account as an alias. This setup will allow me to send and receive work emails using my personal email.

Requirements:
- Send work emails from personal Gmail
- Receive work emails in personal Gmail inbox
