Server and automatic subdomain setup

I have a short domain name which I would like to create multiple subdomains with automatically. I would firstly like advice on where it is best to host this and set it up so that I do not incur any cost for creating multiple domain names for my users. Then if this is satisfactory, I would like you set this up for me.
