SSL Configuration Issue on Server

Using letsencrypt with no prior problems. Switching a staging server to the live website, we get an ssl error:

NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

Looking for a tech familiar with this error and can use ultraviewer or anydesk to resolve the issue. The dns is on cloudflare, set for dns only.
