Reverse DNS repair Plesk Obsidian on dedicated dedicated server

I need DNS settings in PLESK Obsidian specifically the HELO and rDNS: to match and be formatted correctly to stop Gmail and Hotmail to block or mark as spam on dedicated server.
Specifics:
there are 4 dedicated Ip's on server. The IP's in question are not the server default IP
whatever record that needs to be added to pass rDNS test matching HELO and rDNS servers
A success project results in a successful reverse dns test on Mail-tester.com and be able to successfully send a default email to gmail and hotmail without rejection or being captured by spam filter.
a copy of all server and hosting setting will be provided for correction to freelancer
