Problem with outlook

When I'm trying to send a message to a person, I get this message:
Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, querying the Domain Name System (DNS) for the recipient's domain location information failed.
The person uses google workspace, and has verified DNS with MX records from google workspace, in gmail or yahoo sending and receiving emails works. But when I send an email from Outlook, this message appears that I wrote above, you can also see it in the photo. I am looking for someone who has experience with this type of problem just the steps I need to take to fix this problem for my friend. Thank you.
