Outlook Rules & Domain Defederation

I need a seasoned PowerShell engineer to tidy up every corner of our Microsoft 365 / Outlook environment. My immediate priorities are:

• Custom email rules: build filtering logic that funnels messages to the right folders, fires automatic replies when required, and raises clear spam notifications.
• Identity structure: create the shared mailboxes, user mailboxes, and distribution groups we have mapped out so everyone lands in the correct container from day one.
• Domain break-away: cleanly defederate our tenancy from GoDaddy without any residual records or service interruptions.
• Mailbox move: bulk-migrate existing mail into a fresh mailbox while maintaining folder hierarchy and read status.
• Sharing workflow: enable seamless mailbox and calendar sharing so staff can collaborate without permission headaches.

PowerShell scripts are the backbone of this job, so I expect reusable, well-commented code and a quick walkthrough of how to run it again later. Once everything is live I will test by:

1. Sending sample mail and confirming the new rules fire correctly.
2. Checking new and legacy users can access the shared mailboxes and distribution groups.
3. Verifying the domain is fully detached from GoDaddy and DNS records are clean.
4. Spot-checking migrated mail for completeness.
