Office 365 Migration Troubleshooting & Email Setup

I'm in need of a tech-savvy professional who can help me navigate the complications stemming from my recent Office 365 transition.
Key Challenges:
- File Storage: Not all files have migrated and I can't access them properly.
- User Permissions: I can't seem to set or access permissions correctly.
Email Issues:
- I'm unsure how to access my email from my own domain which was only being used as my Office 365 login.
Tech Environment:
- I'm using a Mac and have been told by Microsoft that manual migration is necessary.
- I'm uncertain about the email client, but suspect that my previous IT company hosted my domain email.
Ideal Skills:
- Deep knowledge of MS Office 365
- Experience in troubleshooting Office 365 migrations
- Familiarity with Mac systems
- I do have a PC I could use for migration, if that's easier
