Need help updating the integrations between two programs that used to rely on SPF records and need to now use DNS/CNAME records

I'm looking for some help to update the integrations between two programs - HelpScout and another one. I'm not sure if I have access to the necessary DNS/CNAME records for both programs, so I'm hoping an experienced person can help me make sure everything is in place. The integrations need to be done within a month.
