Need Help with DNS / Mail Records Issue

Hi,
I need a bit of help with DNS e-mail records (MX, SPF, DMARC and DKIM) records. Our e-mails are being rejected by GMail and Exchange and need help fixing this.
Successful completion will consist of creating DNS records that solve the problem for GMail and Exchange.
The person/people working on this MUST be an experienced Systems Engineer/Internet Engineer with heavy work on infrastructure.
