Link my company email to my mailbox as it’s currently not recieving emails

My company is currently using Google Mail (Gmail) as our email service provider. We recently noticed that we are not receiving emails, and this is the first time we have had this problem. We have access to all of the settings and passwords for our email accounts, so we need someone who can connect our company email to our mailbox to ensure that our emails are received.
