Internet connection drops when primary Domain controller restarted

I have one that's a bit weird. I have a primary and a secondary domain controller, and I know that they're fine talking to one another , replicating etc. So I want to know why, when I restart the primary domain controller the internet drops?

I think its dns issue and really east to fix but need someone that can just fix it
