Immediately Seeking Expert to Set Up Interspire-Based High-Volume Bulk Email System (With PowerMTA & Spintax)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are looking for a highly experienced freelancer to configure a cloud-based high-volume bulk email sending system using Interspire Email Marketer. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with email marketing tools and know how to optimize for maximum deliverability, ensuring inbox placement on major email providers like Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook.
Project Scope:
1. Primary Setup:
o Install and configure Interspire Email Marketer on a Contabo dedicated server running Ubuntu 22.04.
o Set up PowerMTA for advanced IP rotation and Spintax for email content variation.
o Integrate necessary email deliverability features like DKIM, SPF, DMARC, rDNS, PTR, Return Path, and HELO settings.
o Cloudflare DNS setup for domain routing and email security.
2. System Requirements:
o Web Server: Apache or Nginx (whichever is best suited for your configuration).
o PHP: Version 8.0 or 8.1 for compatibility with Interspire.
o Database: MySQL 5.7/8.0 or MariaDB 10.x.
o Access to Cron for scheduling autoresponders and task automation.
o PHP IMAP module to handle email bounces effectively.
3. Backup Options (If Interspire is not ideal):
o Secondary options include setting up Mailwizz, Mautic, or Sendy as alternative platforms if necessary.
o You must be able to evaluate and recommend the best tool based on scalability, user-friendliness, and performance.
4. Deliverability Optimization:
o Implement IP warm-up strategies to avoid blacklisting and ensure email deliverability.
o Set up bounce and feedback loops for managing email complaints and unsubscribes.
o Must configure the system to successfully inbox with major email providers like Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook.
5. Email Campaign Management:
o Integrate with Acelle Mail for campaign management. Either repair our current Acelle setup or install a new instance.
o The system will be for internal use only, with no external clients added.
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Interspire, PowerMTA, and Spintax for high-volume email marketing.
• Familiarity with Ubuntu 22.04, Apache/Nginx, and DNS management via Cloudflare.
• Must know how to create the IPv6 with Contabo dedicated server.
• Ability to provide step-by-step documentation on the entire setup.
