I am seeking a Google Workspace Certified professional to audit and validate 68 domains cold outreach campaigns with GMASS. These domains have been warming for 3 months. The goal is to ensure DNS, email authentication, and deliverability settings are fully optimized before scaling campaigns.
Optimized Approach:
Sample-Based Testing: One email per domain tested to reduce review time.
Automated Deliverability Checks: Use tools like GlockApps or Mail-tester API for batch scanning multiple addresses to minimize manual work. (I have these)
Responsibilities:
-Review DNS settings across all domains, including SPF, DKIM (2048-bit key via Google Admin), DMARC with correct policies, MX records (Google Workspace), and CNAME for GMass tracking domains.
-Send test emails (Gmail & Outlook) on selected accounts per domain.
-Conduct automated deliverability tests (Mail-tester / GlockApps).
-Provide summary reports with findings and recommendations for safe campaign scaling.
Requirements:
-Certified Google Workspace Expert (proof required)
-Proven experience auditing and optimizing SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, CNAME records
-Strong knowledge of email deliverability, cold outreach tools (GMass preferred)
-Expertise troubleshooting DNS/authentication issues
-Clear communication and documentation skills

-Fully reviewed and validated DNS settings for 68 domains
-Deliverability test reports across Gmail, Outlook, and automation platforms
-Strategic recommendations for safe and effective GMass scaling
