Google Admin Expert for Email Troubleshooting

We're a small company. We recently created our company website domain and email account in google.
We created our website through Wix. To host our website through wix, we had to add a subdomain in google account.
Because our industry is required to use email encryption for sensitive information, we subscribed for zix encryption service. They required us to change MX record/DNS record so that our emails go through zix server, we hired a network guy and applied all configurations in google as well as wix account. The zix encryption has been working fine ever since.
The first problem was we stopped receiving all emails about a week later. We hired a network guy and fixed it. And then about a couple of weeks later, the email stopped coming in again. We hired a network guy and fixed it again. Now again about 2 weeks later, the emails stopped coming in again.
I need an expert who can look into this matter and do what's necessary in google admin account to make our email working properly and resolve this matter once and for all.
