GoDaddy Webmail/ Email Error Troubleshooting

I'm encountering an issue with my GoDaddy professional email. I can't send or receive emails via my GoDaddy webmail. The error details are in the attached screenshot.
I've made some changes recently but I'm not sure if that's causing the problem. This issue is only affecting this specific account and device.
