Fix our inbound email server issue £30 max

A freelancer has managed to break our incoming mail function. We can send but not received and the four messages or email does not exist.
The freelancer was attempting to move our domain to a G suite domain, we use Shopify and the mail is Shoppedmail.com hosted. He changed DNS/MX records settings in Shopify but they did not allow the new mail address to work and our inbound email quit.
We need somebody who knows what they're doing, not an amateur and is trustworthy.
