Fix delay in receiving Emails from one domain

I have migrated my emails from Cpanel to M365. Now everything is working fine, but i am facing issue in only one thing. When a specific domain is sending emails it is arriving with irregular interval (From 1 hour to 7 or 10 hours delay) in outlook. I need to fix this problem. I am using transport rule to make distribution to 5
members
