Fix SPF/DKIM for M365 Email
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My Microsoft 365 mailboxes suddenly refuse to send from Outlook—even simple test messages sit in the Outbox forever. Diagnostic headers point to SPF and DKIM alignment problems. The domain’s DNS lives entirely on GoDaddy and I have not touched the zone files in months, nor do I route mail through any third-party service.
I need a Microsoft 365-savvy admin who can:
• Review the current TXT, MX, and CNAME records on GoDaddy
• Generate and publish the correct SPF, DKIM (and if advisable, DMARC) entries
• Verify propagation, run live tests, and confirm mail leaves the tenant without errors or rejections
Success is when I can hit “Send” in Outlook and the message delivers immediately to an external Gmail test account—no stalls, no NDRs, and no spam-folder detours. Access to both GoDaddy DNS manager and the M365 admin center will be provided as soon as we agree on the engagement timeline.
Turnaround time: 2-3 days.
