Fix Pro Email on Custom Domain + Add Translation Widget

I need a reliable freelancer for two quick fixes on my custom HTML website:
1. Email Fix (Priority): Properly connect my domain to professional email (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoho, or similar). Currently not receiving or sending emails.
2. Translation Widget: Add GTranslate free widget or Google Translate widget with auto-detect of visitor’s browser language. Must work site-wide, especially on /affiliate/. Include clean code placement and optional simple styling.
Requirements:
• Experience with domain DNS, MX records, and email setup.
• Works on plain/custom HTML sites (no WordPress).
• Provide exact instructions and verify everything works.
