Fix Mail Gmai Client sending SMPTP Issue w Cpanel emails issue

We need an IT expert especially with Godaddy Hosting and domains

We have a domain where all web mail works using cpanel emails
yet when we use an email client we can not connect to the server using same port and host using their mail client setup instructions

We use Gmail as web client

in fact, we use go daddy on another domain and we have no issues with the email client
while we use exact same smtp hosting just for a different host

So we think the issue is a domain record mail record on our domain that maybe use both their 360 emails which we do not use and they added to our domain and
also cpanel..

What we need you is to inspect it and suggest what we need to do to fix it

we called Go daddy multiple times and they said they fixed it and still not fixed

Note : This is only re SMTP sending and not POP receiving which works fine

The Webmail on Go daddy for these emails sending works fine

on on gmail client does not. Like I said for a different domain no issues at all !!!

See all attached . we attached the DNS record for each domain

one works fine and the other w exact same settings we have an issue

each domain has his own web hosting accounts. same settings
but we think the one w the problems has an issue w his MX record in his DNS
