Fix Gmail bounce issue

I am looking for a freelancer to help fix the Gmail bounce issue I am experiencing. I understand this is a quick fix, and you can get 100% feedback from us.
The specific error message I am receiving is "550-5.7.26 fail policy (-all) but it fails to pass SPF checks with the IP".

I have access to my DNS settings and need assistance setting up SPF records. We thought we had this fixed, but it is driving us nuts!!
