Fix DNS with a 1000 error code

My website suddenly is down without my ever having touched it. It's hosted on cloudflare which doesn't have live support. Attached is the error message, the DNS records on cloudflare and the namecheap domain info. I did change one of the A records beginning with mx923 from dns only to proxied. I just did that but the site had no problems with it being dns only until now. That didn't fix the issue as the website still shows onlly an error code. I need someone to share my screen and fix this so my site is running again.
