My goal is to safeguard the online environment across all devices in my household - home computer, mobiles, and tablets. I am not certain about the specific software/app required for this purpose, instead, I'm seeking expert advice on the suitable solutions available. The prime requirement is to gain control over the category of content accessible, specifically aiming to block adult content.
• Task Overview:
- Determine and set-up suitable custom filters, software or applications on home computer, mobile phones, and tablets.
- The configuration should enable us to block or filter certain categories of content across every device, accessed within the home wifi as well as off the home Wi-Fi.
• Ideal freelancer:
- Extensive experience in network security and/or as a systems admin.
- Solid understanding of access control and web filtering technologies.
- Kinder Internet or parental control apps experience would be a plus. Included advice on best practices for safe browsing.
