Exchange online email- delivery issue / DNS problem

One.com is the site the domain is located, (Dutch/Belgium)
We used a free email. But had deliverability issues, so I deleted the email and bought an exchange online email. Now after trying to configure the DNS, the mail is still unable to deliver the deliver/send mails.
Please provide me a fixed price if possible
We are an agency and have quite alot of websites. Looking for a long term partner
