Scope of Work:
• Migrate approximately 300 email users across 12 corporate domains.
• Configure different Zoho Mail plans based on user profiles.
• Assign multiple email addresses to executives (multi-domain support).
• Set up filters, aliases, shared mailboxes, and storage limits.
• Implement cost optimization strategies through mailbox usage monitoring.
• Coordinate optional domain transfer from Globat to Namecheap.
• Focus on scalability, reliability, and security best practices.
