Email routing configuration (private Mail Server)

I'm seeking an expert of mailserver logic
Server is Windows 2019, access allowed via AnyDesk (or Teamviewer) only
The instance was created a month ago, setting up a single test domain. Everything works (POP, SMTP, IMAP) with and without SSL
Now email sending IS WORKING BUT receiving emails does not work.
I think it's just a PTR and SPF problem.
