Email SSL Certification Setup on Custom Server

I'm in need of an experienced professional who can setup SSL/TLS Authenication certifications for my email service running on a Windows 2022 server.

Key Details:
- Email Service: Custom Server
- Operating System: Windows Server 2022
AD DS / DNS / IIS / Cert Services
Single Server / running single forest/domain
- Email Server Software: MailEnable

Ideal Skills:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Windows Server (DNS / IIS) and MailEnable.
- Proven track record of setting up SSL certifications for email services.
- Strong understanding of email security protocols and best practices.

Current Status:
A single server install of Windows Server 2022 Standard Desktop
Win 2022 Server with AD DS / DNS / IIS / installed
Domain is registered and currentl online with 1 static IP address.
Address is DNS registered.
MX record is setup. SPF & DMARC records are complete.
Purchased SSL Cert and downloaded. Created PFX file.

Looking someone who KNOWS how to complete the MS Windows configuration.
Phase I:
Review current Mail Enable Configuration
Review current DSN entries, records and connections
Phase II
Identify and organize all needed files, passwords, and access reqirements.
Discuss timelines and options.
Provision required resources and schedule deployement.
Phase III
Remove pervious attempts to install/assigned certifications.
Provision all the Cer files: pfx, crt, cer, key, and load them into the Win Server.
Validate Mail Enable Service Connector configuration & Windows SSL/TLS user authentication.
Validate configuration by testing 3 email clients: Oultlook, Thunderbird, eM Client (Mail Enable Mobile )
