Email Reputation Repair and DKIM Setup

I need an expert to help me with our email system. It appears that our IP address has been blacklisted and is affecting our email deliverability. Additionally, I need to set up a DKIM signature for our domain as well as fix the errors that are not content related on the attached report.
Key Tasks:
- Remove IP from blocklist and improve reputation
- Setup a DKIM record for thevanpattengroup.com
- Ensure that the HELO (or EHLO) string is sent as a fully qualified domain name (FQDN)
