Email Migration from Hostgator

I need assistance with the migration of two email accounts from Hostgator to a new email host. I am still evaluating affordable options for the new email host, so your input will be appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create accounts on the new email host
- Configure email clients and settings (linked to Thunderbird)
- Update MX records at GoDaddy to point to the new email host
- Add any required SPF, DKIM, or DMARC records
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure successful migration

Additional Task:
- Backup existing emails before migration
