Email Migration to Namecheap Hosting

I'm looking to migrate two emails from godaddy (they are microsoft 365 emails) to Namecheap emails. Namecheap emails are part of the stellar hosting plans (free emails that come with the plan). I need to have my existing emails (about 1gb total for both emails) to be imported to the new email inbox and send folders in Namecheap. Pls read the job description to makesure you understand so we don't waste eachother's time
