Email Migration & DNS Configuration

I need assistance transferring around 20 emails from HostGator cPanel to GoDaddy cPanel. This is crucial as my website is currently hosted on GoDaddy but my emails are still on HostGator.
Key Requirements:
- Transfer all my email folders and labels, not just the main inbox.
- Configure DNS settings correctly post-transfer, which includes setting up SPF and DKIM records, aside from the basic MX records.
I have access to both HostGator and GoDaddy cPanel accounts, so you won't need to worry about access issues. Prior experience with email migration and DNS configuration is a must.
