Email Delivery & Server Audit Expert Needed

PowerMTA (PMTA) & MailWizz Expert Needed – Email Delivery, Deliverability & Server Audit
We are looking for an experienced Linux administrator and email deliverability specialist with proven expertise in PowerMTA (PMTA), MailWizz, and bulk email delivery systems.
Current Setup
We currently operate two separate Linux email servers:
• Server 1: 1 sending domain with 5 rotating IP addresses
• Server 2: 1 sending domain with 5 rotating IP addresses
• Software: PowerMTA (PMTA) and MailWizz
• Both systems have been fully configured and have been running successfully for an extended period.
Current Problem
Recently, both servers have become significantly slower when sending email campaigns.
Observed issues:
• Email delivery speed has dropped dramatically.
• Campaigns occasionally become stuck or process very slowly.
• Sending performance is no longer consistent.
• We need a complete technical and deliverability analysis to determine the root cause.
Scope of Work
The selected freelancer should:
1. Analyze both Linux servers.
2. Review the PowerMTA configuration.
3. Review the MailWizz configuration.
4. Analyze queues, logs, and overall sending behavior.
5. Verify current sending performance and throughput.
6. Investigate possible rate limits, throttling, or provider restrictions.
7. Perform a complete deliverability audit.
8. Check all 10 IP addresses for:
o Blacklist listings
o Sender reputation
o Spam database entries
o DNS-related issues
9. Verify:
o SPF
o DKIM
o DMARC
o Reverse DNS (rDNS)
o HELO/EHLO configuration
10. Identify the root cause of the reduced sending performance.
11. Assist with migrating to new sending domains.
12. Configure the new domains, including all required DNS records.
13. Ensure that the current IP rotation setup (5 IPs per domain) continues to function correctly after the migration.
