Email DNS Settings

I am looking for help with my email DNS settings. I am using the Gmail service provider and am having issues with emails not getting delivered and or going to spam. I use a program that tracks my emails.. the emails seem to be "sent" but not "delivered" I believe the issue is that my DNS settings are not set up. I hope to find someone to quickly assess the issue and provide a solution that will get my email system up and running again.
