I’m looking for an experienced Windows technician who can jump in quickly to sort out my network configuration issues. The machines are already running Windows, but connection drops and routing conflicts are slowing everyone down.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Diagnose the current Windows network setup, identifying mis-configured adapters, IP conflicts, or DHCP/DNS issues.
• Reconfigure network settings so every PC gains consistent internet access, file-sharing, and printer visibility.
• Document the exact steps you take—screenshots or short screencasts are fine—so I can replicate the process if anything changes.
• Provide a short post-fix checklist and a brief hand-off session (video or voice) to answer any last questions.

Remote work is perfectly acceptable as long as you can connect via a secure tool such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or Windows Quick Assist. If on-site presence is required for a specific step, let me know in advance so we can schedule it.

I’ll consider the job complete when every workstation connects reliably, resolves names correctly, and passes a quick speed and file-share test across the network.
