EMAIL SERVER SPAM

What can I do to stop spammers from using my SMTP server to send outgoing emails? I cannot give you access to server. I can only give you information you request to help fix the issue. My server is running CentOS v7.9.2009 STANDARD cPanel Version 106.0.11 I can use Mail Delivery Reports to see if you helped me fixed the problem. They are using root to send spam using my server. Thanks.
