I'm migrating services from a Windows Server 2012 R2 to a Windows Server 2022 Standard. During this migration, random users are getting locked out of the domain. These lockouts seem to occur from similar devices or locations. After that is resovled I need to Promote the 2022 Server as Primary Domain Server and decommision the Old 2012 R2 Server.
