Domain, Email, and Website Migration from Bluehost to Microsoft

I need help moving my company domain, email and website from Bluehost to Microsoft. Here is the existing scenario:
- I created a custom domain and WP website 5 years ago via bluehost.

Domain
- the domain needs to move from bluehost to the appropriate registrar of microsoft

Email
- There is only 1 email address to move to the new email host
- I'd like to set up a microsoft 365 business account
- I currently use 365 for mac and have a 365 personal account with the office suite of software
- My 365 personal account uses the same domain name that i will use for my business account (i'm concerned microsoft will give me an error that the domain is in use already; i'd like to make sure this will not be an issue before beginning the transfer. If i need to cancel the 365 personal subscription, I will)

Website hosting
I need help deciding if I need microsoft Azure to host my website or if that's done by some other entity within microsoft.
I'm not in love with my existing wordpress site, but it's easier to just transfer now and fix later.
