Delegate DNS on my cPanel server

I have WHM/cPanel server with autoSSL. The SSL will not install because Godaddy is hosting the DNS for that domain. I can normally deal with the DNS configuration, but this account uses Microsoft to manage its email accounts and I don't want to screw that up. I need someone to edit the DNS properly and have Godaddy point to my server.
