DNS debugging

I recently moved domain hosting and DNS from Google to AWS Route 53. Everything looks OK on my end, I got the subdomains set back up, but several people I talked to can't find the main site or any of the subdomains. Can you figure out what the issue is and help me get it fixed today. The root domain is a Github Pages hosted website. The subdomains all point to different IP addresses with web applications on them. When i go to the webpage, or any of the subdomains, everything looks fine, the pages load, and the web apps work. When other people try it they see nothing.
